PhoenixHR LLC began providing HR and resume consulting services in 1984. At the heart of the organization is founder and Chief Consultant Robert Chilman who has an extensive background in human resources management and resume writing.
Our firm has delivered resume solutions and interview coaching to hundreds of resume clients with excellent results. Within days of circulating their resumes many clients reported a marked increase in contact from perspective employers.
For its human resources solutions, PhoenixHR LLC leverages experience establishing or re-engineering HR for multi-state businesses across a range of diverse industries including telecommunications, wholesale distribution, legal and technology. We also have a successful track record of representing employers before government agencies, conducting internal investigations and helping employers find ways to effectively contain or reduce their human resources costs.

In particular, all questionnaires and other resume or human resources tools are the proprietary property of PhoenixHR LLC, are valuable and are not disclosed or distributed without payment. All sales are final and refunds are not permitted. Clients agree to pay PhoenixHR LLC the reasonable costs of enforcement for collection if it is necessary for PhoenixHR LLC to retain an attorney and/or institute legal proceedings. The laws of the state of California shall prevail in the enforcement of this refund policy. |
