How We Do It
- We collaborate with your company to determine the scope of your desired HR audit.
- A PhoenixHR LLC consultant comes to your company location to review your human resources practices and identify areas of non-compliance or exposure. The time needed for the on-site portion of the audit is generally one to five business days but it can vary depending on the number of physical locations and size of your company.
- After we complete the HR Audit and analyze the results, a preliminary report can be provided upon request, typically within a week. The final audit report is delivered within three weeks and includes findings, conclusions and recommended actions.
